When you create an account or place an order, please make sure your information is accurate and up-to-date. You’re responsible for keeping your account details safe.
Ordering and Payment
All prices are listed in Rupees (₹), and payments are processed securely. Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you have any issues, just let me know, and I’ll do my best to help. Partial Payments are non-refundable. Cash on Delivery is only available for orders below ₹1,000.
Shipping and Delivery
I work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary, but I’ll keep you updated on the status of your order. If there are any delays, I’ll let you know right away.
Replacement Policy
I can’t offer returns due to shipping and payment fees, but I do offer a 7-day replacement policy. Check out my Return & Refund Policy for all the details.

As a small store started with my ₹30k savings, I currently rely on illustrations rather than product photos because I cannot afford professional photoshoots. User Conduct
Be nice! Please don’t use my site for anything illegal or harmful. Respect the community and my little venture. I reserve the right to cancel any order where customer behavior is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or rude. In such cases, the amount paid will be non-refundable. Additionally, if you’re not nice post-purchase, you will be ineligible for any support.

I might update these terms from time to time. If there are any major changes, I’ll let you know. By continuing to use the site, you’re agreeing to the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If there are any disputes, we’ll try to resolve them quickly and fairly, the exclusive jurisdiction will be the store's principal place of business.
