I totally get it – sometimes things just don’t work out as planned. Here’s the lowdown on my return and refund policy:
No Returns, But Replacements Available
I'm a one-person team, and handling returns can be pretty costly with all the shipping and payment fees. So, while I can’t offer returns, I've got your back with a 7-day replacement policy. If something’s not right, just let me know within 7 days of receiving your order, and I’ll swap it out for you. Once a replacement has been accepted, you’ll get it in 3–5 working days. Refunds are not provided.
How to Request a Replacement

What’s Eligible for Replacement?
- Received the wrong item
- The item is damaged or defective
What’s Not Eligible for Replacement?
- Change of mind
- Minor differences in colour or design (hey, I try my best, but sometimes screens can be tricky!)
- You ordered the incorrect Size/Model
Exchange of Size
Need a different size? No worries — I can help with that! Exchanges for size are available, but they come with a small fee to cover shipping charges.
