I totally get it – sometimes things just don’t work out as planned. Here’s the lowdown on my return and refund policy:
I'm a one-person team, and handling returns can be pretty costly with all the shipping and payment fees. So, while I can’t offer returns, I've got your back with a 7-day replacement policy. If something’s not right, just let me know within 7 days of receiving your order, and I’ll swap it out for you.
If you need a replacement, just shoot me an email at hi@1lessidiot.com with your order details and what’s up. I’ll take care of the rest.

- Minor differences in color or design (hey, I try my best, but sometimes screens can be tricky!)

Need a different size? No worries, I can help with that! Exchanges for size are available (only for clothing items), but they come with a small fee to cover shipping charges. Size exchange is only available for clothing items.

Ships in 1 to 3 days. Delivery takes 4 to 7 working days, or 2 to 3 working days by Air. Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹399.
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible items for orders below ₹1,000, with a ₹99 to ₹249 fee. We do limited COD because couriers often fail to deliver COD orders, and every parcel that comes back costs us shipping both ways. Orders paid in part online are treated as COD too.
If a parcel is refused or comes back undelivered, a reshipping fee applies to send it again. Shipping policy

The quality is good the print is detailed and nicely pressed every thing is good but the delivery was late. I paid extra 149₹/- for fast delivery but gent it in 6 days and the claim was 2-3 days so that can be a bit problematic but the customer support is saying to make a refund so let's see what happens.
