During a recent chat on the Beyond the Grid podcast, Bearman opened up about the whole operation. He explained that the shop sits above Monaco in an area that's absolutely rammed with cycling enthusiasts. It's clearly a passion project for the 21-year-old and his friends, with the lad being genuinely enthusiastic about having a real say in how things are run day to day. But here's the twist, it's not just bikes. The shop also functions as a proper cafe, complete with their own banana bread and cakes.

Bearman's taken the whole thing seriously too. He's learned that cyclists are pretty particular about their coffee, even though he'll be the first to admit he's not exactly a coffee connoisseur himself. The whole setup sounds like the kind of passion project that keeps an F1 driver grounded when they're not battling it out on track.
