Can You Return F1 Merchandise? Here's Exactly How It Works
ManishNobody wants to deal with returns. But if your order isn't right, the process should be simple and human, not a six-week ticket queue into a faceless support system. Here's exactly how it works at 1lessidiot.
The short version
If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll make it right. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. The full legal details are in the official returns and refunds policy, but the spirit of it is simple: we are not here to argue with you about something that went wrong on our end.

What we can sort out
Damaged in transit, wrong item sent, a quality issue that wasn't visible until you had the product in hand. These are the situations we take seriously and resolve. Please do have your order confirmation handy when you reach out, and a clear photo of the issue helps us track down what happened quickly on our end.

The COD situation (and why it matters)
Here's a number I share openly because it's real. When a COD order gets refused at the door, we absorb the full return shipping cost, which works out to around ₹800. On a margin of ₹100 to ₹200 per order, a few refused COD parcels in a week can wipe out a meaningful amount of what the shop has earned. I'm not asking for sympathy, I'm explaining why paying online is better for both sides: your order ships free, the process is smoother, and nobody is out ₹800 on a miscommunication. If you have any doubts about the product before ordering, message me first. I'll answer straight.

How to contact us for a return or issue
WhatsApp is the fastest route. Have your order number ready, and for quality or damage issues, a clear photo of the problem. We'll come back to you the same day in most cases. This is what buying from a small shop should feel like: a real conversation with a real person, not a form that disappears into a queue.
