I totally get it – sometimes things just don’t work out as planned. Here’s the lowdown on my return and refund policy:
No returns, But Replacements Available
I'm a one-person team, and handling returns can be pretty costly with all the shipping and payment fees. So, while I can’t offer returns, I've got your back with a 7-day replacement policy. If something’s not right, just let me know within 7 days of receiving your order, and I’ll swap it out for you.
How to Request a Replacement
If you need a replacement, just shoot me an email at manish@1lessidiot.com with your order details and what’s up. I’ll take care of the rest.

Cost Break-up:
- Product Cost: 25-30%
- Ads Cost: 20-30%/order
- Shipping (COD & Prepaid): 15% & 8%
- Payment & Website Charges: 5%

In the end, I barely make ₹100-200 per order, I'm doing this to make a living and raise enough money to restart my company which got shut down during covid (you can read my story). As I get more orders the cost will come down (right now I get 5-10 orders a day) and even then I will not reduce the pricing because I want to provide a premium experience, once the cost comes down, I will try and improve the product quality so you get better products for you money.
I would request you help me save money and pay online and if you order COD, please be 110% sure you will accept the order, else I will lose all the money + Return Shipping (=₹800), which I simply can't afford and I will have to shut down this website.

If you have any issues, just let me know, and I’ll do my best to help. Partial Payments are non-refundable. Cash on Delivery is only available for orders below ₹1,000.

I work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary, but I’ll keep you updated on the status of your order. If there are any delays, I’ll let you know right away.
