Update on recent delays

Hello,

I understand you must be worried about the delays in your order and the lack of communication from me. Firstly, I want to assure you, each and every order will be delivered. I understand the delay is worrisome, but I will explain what has caused it. 

  • I have started getting inventory myself to reduce prices and started shipping orders myself, packing orders, processing, and shipping takes up time.
  • There has been a surge in orders since before Diwali, and I'm trying to process pre-orders and new orders at the same time, which is adding more delay for new orders.
  • I'm hiring people to help me run the business, which takes up more of my time, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and analysing candidates.
  • Most of the time, a single person sends multiple queries across platforms, including Email, Instagram & WhatsApp, which increases my workload.

I do not wish you to have this experience; every customer is valuable to me, and it makes me as worried as it makes you, but this will continue for a short period (around 1-2 weeks), until I hire someone and get things back to normal. I will highly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. If you have placed an order and it has not reached you, please go to the product page and check the timelines for it, a lot of people place pre-orders and get worried when their orders don't reach, this will help me reduce the load on me and get things done faster.
