Hey there!
I totally get it – sometimes things just don’t work out as planned. Here’s the lowdown on my return and refund policy:
No returns, But Replacements Available
I'm a one-person team, and handling returns can be pretty costly with all the shipping and payment fees. So, while I can’t offer returns, I've got your back with a 7-day replacement policy. If something’s not right, just let me know within 7 days of receiving your order, and I’ll swap it out for you.
How to Request a Replacement
If you need a replacement, just shoot me an email at manish@1lessidiot.com with your order details and what’s up. I’ll take care of the rest.
What’s Eligible for Replacement?
- Received the wrong item
- Item is damaged or defective
What’s Not Eligible for Replacement?
- Change of mind
- Minor differences in color or design (hey, I try my best, but sometimes screens can be tricky!)
